Friday, August 27
8:00 AM - Set-up time for Competitors and Vendors
12:00 PM – Some food vendors open for business
2:00–5:00 PM – Kid's Q (kids are cooking in the horseshoe pit area)
5:00-7:00 PM - Kid's Day with Tag-A-Long, the Clown making balloon animals for the kids
5:00 PM – Kid's Q Judging begins
7:00-9:00 PM – Horst Brothers Bluegrass Band performs on bandstand
8:00 PM – Awards presentation for Kid's Q barbecue competitors on bandstand (during break by band)
All Day – $10 Raffle Tickets on sale!
Grand Prize – Meadow Creek TS120 w/trim package & chicken cooker or $2500 Cash
1st Prize – Meadow Creek SQ36 w/Charcoal insert or $500 Cash
2nd Prize - Meadow Creek PR36 Pig Roaster or $300 Cash
3rd Prize – Valley View Fire Pot with Hook and Winch or $200 Cash

8:00 AM - Motorcycle registration begins.
8:00-10:00 AM - Motorcycle Ride begins through the Lancaster Co. countryside
10:00 AM - Food vendors open for business
11:30 AM - Judging begins for Barbecue competitors
1:00 PM - Motorcycle Show begins with judging in several classes.
1:00-3:00 PM – Zac Wallace Band (classic rock and country & western) performs on bandstand
3:30 PM - Motorcycle Show awards presentation on bandstand followed by Raffle drawing
4:30 PM - Awards presentation for Barbecue competitors on bandstand
5:00 PM - Event Ends
